Job Purpose
To drive operational excellence across all assigned branches, maximizing sales and profitability while delivering a superior customer experience and maintaining the highest service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations to ensure all branches meet company standards and achieve peak performance.
Sales & Profitability: Drive strategic initiatives to hit sales targets, maximize GOP (Gross Operating Profit), and manage labor costs and expenses effectively.
Customer Experience: Lead the team in delivering "Best-in-Class" service, ensuring a polite, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere for all customers.
Talent Leadership: Responsible for the recruitment, training, and mentoring of store management teams; fostering a high-performance culture.
Compliance & Audit: Ensure strict adherence to corporate policies, financial controls, health & safety (hygiene) standards, and legal regulations.
Shrinkage Control: Implement and monitor the "Shrink Action Plan" to minimize inventory loss and build loss-prevention awareness among staff.
Merchandising Standards: Execute procurement and merchandising plans, ensuring perfect implementation of planograms, signage, and promotional displays.
Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide timely, constructive appraisals to drive staff development.
Store Environment: Maintain premium store conditions, focusing on inventory levels, product freshness, and cleanliness to optimize the shopping journey.
Strategic Planning: Propose annual district budgets and provide data-driven insights to executive management for layout improvements and floor plan optimization.
Innovation & Growth: Lead special projects for store modernization (Renovations/New Openings) and propose IT system enhancements to maintain a competitive edge.
Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with the Real Estate department on site selection and work closely with all internal departments to support business expansion.
