Key Responsibilities:
•Plan and execute work to achieve objectives, ensuring tenant fit-out areas and shop openings are completed within the set timeline.
•Coordinate with tenants, both internally and with external organizations, regarding document reviews, design drawings, and related inspections.
•Prepare Cut Shop Plan & Cut Shop M&E as guidelines for tenants to create interior and system drawings.
•Develop standard documents for systems and review system modification documents.
•Review and approve tenant system drawings.
•Supervise and control tenant fit-out construction, ensuring compliance and readiness for shop opening, including financial guarantees.
•Prepare and present progress reports and summaries to management using PowerPoint.
•Participate in evaluations, prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantity) for inspection, and coordinate with procurement processes to select contractors. Conduct project progress assessments, summarize, and prepare reports.
•Inspect and summarize tenant system installations, renovations, and work modifications within assigned areas
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture.
•Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.
•Knowledge and understanding of engineering systems within shopping centers, with the ability to interpret engineering drawings, architectural drawings, and interior design layouts.
•Ability to plan and execute assigned tasks and create system/utility work plans to support tenant operations.
•Strong communication and coordination skills, both internal and external, for effective monitoring and reporting.
