Key Responsibilities:
•Global Prospecting: Identify and acquire high-potential international and local Non-Food brands (e.g., retail, lifestyle, services, education, banking, etc.) to strengthen the tenant portfolio
•Tenant Acquisition & Retention: Drive tenant sourcing, negotiations, and relationship management to ensure long-term partnerships and business growth
•Leasing Strategy: Develop and execute Non-Food leasing strategies to enhance tenant mix, customer experience, and commercial performance
•Market Intelligence: Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and brand expansion strategies to support leasing decisions
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field
•Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to drive business growth
•Proven leadership and team management experience
•Excellent negotiation and sales skills, with a strong track record in closing deals
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•Good understanding of Non-Food retail/leasing market trends and practices
•Strong financial and commercial acumen, including budgeting and performance tracking
•Ability to balance strategy, creativity, and execution in a fast-paced environment
