Key Responsibilities:
•Manage daily category operations including planning, buying, forecasting, sourcing, and sales analysis
•Coordinate with suppliers for new product onboarding and product performance review
•Negotiate with suppliers to improve GP and commercial terms
•Analyze sales performance and optimize product assortment
•Plan and execute promotional campaigns and seasonal activities
•Maintain competitive pricing against key online competitors
•Coordinate with internal teams including Marketing, Technical, Customer Service, and Operations
•Manage online product content and campaign visibility
•Support exclusive and own-brand product management
•Monitor campaign performance and resolve operational issues promptly
•Conduct competitor analysis and market research
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields
•Minimum 3 years of experience in Buying, Merchandising, or Category Management
•At least 1 year of experience in E-Commerce, Online Retail, or Retail Business
•Experience in Food Retail or Online Grocery is preferred
•Strong analytical and negotiation skills
•Good communication and coordination skills
•Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
•Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
•Good command of Thai and English
