Key Roles and Responsibilities:   

- Drive the end-to-end creative process, from ideation to implementation, of new merchandise concepts for assigned product categories, including strategic direction, branding, business models, and category strategies.

- Develop tailored merchandise strategies, store layouts, and category tactics to meet customer needs and enhance value by store format.

- Lead the development and evolution of merchandise concepts using insights from global and local market trends, customer behavior analysis, and competitive benchmarking.

- Monitor P&L performance, ensuring sales and profit optimization for assigned categories through category management processes such as range management, assortment selection, and space optimization.

- Utilize customer insights, basket analysis, and data-driven decision-making to deliver the highest sales and operational efficiency for each product category.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including concept commercial and communication teams, to create and execute a robust commercial strategy.

- Ensure operational excellence and seamless execution of new merchandise concepts across all stores.

- Lead category-specific projects, driving strategy and execution with agility while managing all details with precision.


Qualification:

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- At least 5 years of experience in product or category marketing/branding in the food retail (supermarkets, convenience stores) or FMCG industries.

- Comfortable working in a start-up-like environment with the ability to manage both high-level strategy and detailed execution with agility.

- Strong project management skills with an advanced capability to drive results.

- Excellent analytical skills combined with creative problem-solving abilities.

- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Ability to work at the Central Chaengwattana Office Tower.
