Central Group Management Associate Program is a two-year intensive development program designed to unleash potentials of the future leaders who enjoy working in a dynamic environment and dealing with constant challenges in the Retail industry landscape.  This program will provide Management Associates immense opportunities to learn and develop themselves through a series of job rotations across different teams and functions.  Along this journey, they will also be equipped with management and leadership skills enabling them to subsequently accelerate their career growth and transition into management and leadership positions.  Upon successful completion of the program, the Management Associates will be placed in permanent positions based on their chosen career tracks allowing them to create positive impact to the organization’s growth strategies.
