Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Gather, Understand and Translate Business Requirements into Technical Solutions.
- Develop Business Case, Cost/Benefit Evaluation, and Software/Solution Selection for Business Needs.
- Develop Functional Design, Business Process Design & Optimization.
- Identify business solutions, fully aware of existing technology platforms and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with product manager on roadmap planning and prioritization.
- Analyze process issues and bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
- Convert roadmap features into smaller user stories.
- Write clear and well-structured business/functional requirements/documents.
- Communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders.
- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to understand business performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field.
- Have experience in Process Improvement and Solution Selection
- Experience 2-3 Years as Business Analyst and at least 4 years as Senior Business Analyst
- Able to perform complex Business Process Design/Optimization, Functional Design and/or Software Selection
- Strong in Communication, Vendor Management and Project Management
- Knowledge in Project Implementation Life Cycle
