Responsible for managing customer database to create roll-out CRM and marketing projects and promotion campaigns to drive CRM KPIs.
Assist in customer data analysis and manage behavioral reporting in cooperation with The1 team.
Coordinate with teams to secure exposure and visibility in various channels/events/activities in The1 and other partners to strengthen customer relations & enhance business opportunities for Supersports.
Explore and propose new campaigns thematic and new ways of executing CRM program.
Search for potential partnerships to create mutual benefits for members and maintain relationships with them.
Experience with background in Business, Market research
Experience in data driven and customer-facing working environment
You have strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actinable recommendations required
