Key role and responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing customer database to create roll-out CRM and marketing projects and promotion campaigns to drive CRM KPIs.
  • Assist in customer data analysis and manage behavioral reporting in cooperation with The1 team.
  • Coordinate with teams to secure exposure and visibility in various channels/events/activities in The1 and other partners to strengthen customer relations & enhance business opportunities for Supersports.
  • Explore and propose new campaigns thematic and new ways of executing CRM program.
  • Search for potential partnerships to create mutual benefits for members and maintain relationships with them. 

Role requirements:

  • Experience with background in Business, Market research 
  • Experience in data driven and customer-facing working environment 
  • You have strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actinable recommendations required
