Job Summary

The Marketing Communication Executive is responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing communication strategies to promote the F&B brand, products, and campaigns. This role ensures consistent brand messaging across all channels to drive customer engagement, foot traffic, and sales growth.


Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (online & offline).
  • Coordinate seasonal promotions, product launches, and in-store events.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare performance reports.

2. Brand Communication

  • Ensure consistent brand voice across all communication platforms.
  • Develop promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and in-store displays.
  • Maintain brand guidelines across all F&B outlets.

3. Digital Marketing & Social Media

  • Manage social media platforms and content calendars.
  • Coordinate with designers for creative assets.
  • Monitor engagement, respond to customer inquiries, and track digital KPIs.

4. Advertising & Media Coordination

  • Liaise with advertising agencies and media partners.
  • Assist in planning paid ads (digital, print, radio, outdoor).
  • Track and evaluate ROI of media campaigns.

5. Events

  • Organize store openings, promotional events, and customer engagement activities.
  • Coordinate influencer collaborations (if applicable).

6. Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct competitor analysis and market trend research.
  • Gather customer insights to improve communication strategies.
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on data.

7. Internal Communication

  • Coordinate marketing updates with F&B store teams.
  • Ensure promotional materials are distributed on time.
  • Support sales teams with marketing collateral.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in F&B.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software.
  • Creative thinking with strong project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced F&B environment.
