Job Summary
The Marketing Communication Executive is responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing communication strategies to promote the F&B brand, products, and campaigns. This role ensures consistent brand messaging across all channels to drive customer engagement, foot traffic, and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Campaign Management
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (online & offline).
- Coordinate seasonal promotions, product launches, and in-store events.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare performance reports.

2. Brand Communication
- Ensure consistent brand voice across all communication platforms.
- Develop promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and in-store displays.
- Maintain brand guidelines across all F&B outlets.
3. Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Manage social media platforms and content calendars.
- Coordinate with designers for creative assets.
- Monitor engagement, respond to customer inquiries, and track digital KPIs.
4. Advertising & Media Coordination
- Liaise with advertising agencies and media partners.
- Assist in planning paid ads (digital, print, radio, outdoor).
- Track and evaluate ROI of media campaigns.
5. Events
- Organize store openings, promotional events, and customer engagement activities.
- Coordinate influencer collaborations (if applicable).
6. Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct competitor analysis and market trend research.
- Gather customer insights to improve communication strategies.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on data.
7. Internal Communication
- Coordinate marketing updates with F&B store teams.
- Ensure promotional materials are distributed on time.
- Support sales teams with marketing collateral.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in F&B.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics.
- Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software.
- Creative thinking with strong project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced F&B environment.
