Key Roles and Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement integrated marketing communication strategies to support brand awareness, promotions, and product launches.
· Manage online and offline communication channels, including social media, website content, in-store communication, and advertising materials.
· Lead the planning and execution of MarCom campaigns aligned with brand direction and business goals.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Merchandising, Operations, and Retail teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
· Create clear communication briefs, manage timelines, and oversee the production of marketing materials.
· Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide insights to improve communication effectiveness.
· Ensure all communication materials align with brand identity and quality standards.
· Liaise with external partners, agencies, and vendors to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
· Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Marketing Communications and Brand Management preferably in retail or beauty-related industries.
· Strong understanding of integrated communication planning (online & offline).
· Passion for beauty and strong interest in beauty retail business.
· Excellent communication, project management, and coordination skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
