Key Responsibilities:
Research fashion trends, market insights, and competitors to develop seasonal concepts
Design collections (apparel) from concept to final product
Create mood boards, sketches, and technical drawings
Develop fabrics, colors, prints, and trims in line with brand identity
Work closely with merchandising and production teams to ensure product feasibility and cost targets
Follow up sample development, fitting, and product adjustments
Ensure product quality, fitting, and consistency with brand standards
Support in product presentation and styling for marketing/visual merchandising
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field
3–5 years experience in fashion design or merchandise product development
Strong sense of trend, color, and commercial fashion
Good understanding of garment construction and fabric
Proficient in design software (e.g. Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop)
Good communication and teamwork skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills:
Experience in international brands or fast fashion
Understanding of target customer and commercial product development
Ability to balance creativity with business needs
