PERSONAL SHOPPER AT CENTRAL LADPRAO

Key Responsibilities :

1. Manage and maintain relationships with Top Spender customers of the branch 

2. Proactively contact customers to provide updates on exclusive promotions, introduce new offerings, and recommend products tailored to their preferences via phone communication.

3. Ensure a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.

4. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher.

2. At least one year of experience in sales or a related field.

3. Strong communication and coordination skills.

4. Strong service mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.

5. Professional appearance with excellent interpersonal skills.

6. Able to work 6 days per week, including weekends (additional 2 special leave days per month provided), and able to work on a rotating shift basis.
