CHINESE TRANSLATOR AT CENTRAL RAMA 9

Job Responsibilities

1. Communicate and assist international customers by providing interpretation and close customer support. 

2. Translate documents from Thai into Chinese and English accurately and completely. 

3. Provide information on promotions, recommend products, and support customers based on their needs. 

4. Deliver excellent service to both Thai and international customers, build strong relationships, and provide guidance on privileges and activities to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. 

5. Stay updated on branch promotions and provide accurate information to customers. 

6. Collect and analyze customer data (e.g., number of visitors, product interests) to support marketing development.

7. Coordinate with the sales team, customer relations team, and head office marketing department. 8. Drive sales performance to achieve assigned targets. 

9. Support and coordinate head office campaigns to ensure customers receive maximum benefits.  

Qualifications  

1. Bachelor’s degree in Chinese Language or any fields.

2. New graduates are welcome.

3. Strong service mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.

4. Proficient in English and Chinese communication.

5. Able to work 6 days per week, including weekends (additional 2 special leave days per month provided), and able to work on a rotating shift basis.
