Job Summary & Purpose: 

The Store General manager is responsible for directing and managing all areas of assigned store (under the company policy) to ensure that target sales and profits, and total cus-tomer satisfaction are achieved

Key Responsibilities: GO Wholesale

Strategic Leadership: Define business strategies and directions for GO Wholesale to ensure full alignment with corporate objectives.


P&L Management: Drive financial performance by optimizing revenue, profitability, and cost efficiency.


Business Expansion: Formulate plans for store expansion and enhance B2B sales channels, specifically targeting the HoReCa and Food Retailer segments.


Team Leadership & Development: Manage branch operations and spearhead talent development programs to maximize personnel potential.

Commercial Strategy: Develop and refine strategies for merchandising, pricing, promotions, and supply chain management.

Stakeholder Relations: Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with local communities, business operators, and government agencies.

Market Intelligence: Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and consumer behavior to derive actionable strategic insights.

Performance Reporting: Deliver comprehensive operational reports and performance updates to the District Manager.
