Job Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with internal departments and relevant parties to ensure seamless and high-quality customer service delivery.

2. Prepare and ensure the readiness of facilities, equipment, and amenities at the Premier Lounge and Customer Relations counters.

3. Oversee daily operations of the department by providing a wide range of customer services, including VAT Refund processing, baggage storage, baby stroller rental, and tax invoice issuance.

4. Provide personalized services and professional advice to Central Credit Card members and liaise with internal teams within the shopping mall as required.

5. Stay up to date with branch promotional activities and marketing campaigns to deliver accurate, timely, and relevant information to customers.

  

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in any related field.

2. Strong service mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

3. New graduates are welcome 

4. Good command of spoken and written English.

5. Able to work 6 days per week, including weekends (additional 2 special leave days per month provided), and able to work on a rotating shift basis.
