Key Responsibilities

- Deliver premium customer service and represent brand image professionally

- Drive sales performance and achieve individual & store targets

- Act as a role model and support junior team members on the sales floor

- Maintain visual merchandising and store standards according to brand guidelines

- Manage stock, inventory accuracy, and daily store operations

- Build long-term relationships with customers and VIP clients

- Coordinate closely with Store Manager to enhance overall store performance

Qualifications

- At least 2–3 years experience in fashion retail or premium / import brands

- Strong sales skills with proven performance results

- Service-minded with confident personality and professional attitude

- Passion for fashion and luxury brand environment

- Able to work according to department store operating hours

- English communication skills will be an advantage
