Qualifications (Minimum requirements of education /experience /skills)
• Bachelor's Degree in Information system , Computer Science/Business Computer or Related field.
• Flexible amd able work on non office hours support and weekend when required.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Good command skill in English will be an advantage.
Job scope & responsibilities
• 3-4+ years of experience in Application Support, troubleshooting application-related issues.
• Experience with AS/400, MS SQL is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Interpersonal, presentation, communication, negotiations skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external Users.
• Create test cases and provide support in QA/SIT/UAT stage to validate application functionality before deployment.
• Prepare user manuals and related documentation.
