Job Purposes

Manage and implement policies and directions to monitor and develop public relation activities for branch and organization, including participate in setting up concepts and formats for creative activities of public relation as planned, along with providing advice and problem solving to staffs to ensure effective operations aligning with organization goal, objectives, and policy

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead new concepts and ideas to manage creative activities and projects of public relation to provide information and news about products as planned to build positive image and increase customer base for the organization
  • Develop information and news about opening new branches and products to provide updated information to printing media and mass media to present organization products to target groups
  • Build and maintain good relationship with journalists, including managing interesting and useful topics and articles to apply in public relation of the organization more effectively
  • Coordinate with internal and external organization and business units in public relation to support the operation effectively within time
  • Keep up to date with new knowledge and technology as well as relevant rules and regulations to apply in the operation efficiently
  • Take care and advise staffs to ensure effective performance and promotion preparation

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Communication Arts, Marketing, or related filed
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of responsible experience in related field and 1-3 years of team management
  • Have great understanding in marketing related to organization business
  • Have good English skills
  • Have computer skills
  • Have communication skills
  • Be able to coordinate
  • Be creative
