Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business users to gather and understand system requirements related to supply chain processes (e.g., inventory, logistics, warehouse).
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
- Support in designing solution flows and preparing functional specifications or mockups.
- Assist in defining product features, user stories, and sprint planning activities.
- Lead the project team, manage, prioritize the project implementation to ensure the on-time delivery, the overall quality and system functionality
- Help conduct UAT, document issues, and ensure smooth rollout.
- Continuously learn and improve your knowledge of supply chain systems, ERP tools, and development best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of experience in system analysis, software development, or relevant project work
- Basic knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum is a plus.
- Some experience with programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, Java) or system configuration.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take ownership.
