Job scope & responsibilities
- Provide support for business applications used in supply chain operations
- Perform initial investigation and escalate issues as needed
- Work with internal teams and external vendors to track and resolve application issues
- Document common issues and create user guides
- Monitor application performance and report abnormalities
- Respond to incidents reported via the service desk in a timely manner
- Support the team in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3 years experience in application support
- Knowledge of SQL (e.g., writing queries, using stored procedures and functions)
- Familiarity with warehouse or transportation operations is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
