Job scope & responsibilities ·3-4+ years of experience in Application Support, troubleshooting application-related issues. ·Experience with AS/400, MS SQL is an advantage. ·Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. ·Interpersonal, presentation, communication, negotiations skills. ·Ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external Users. ·Create test cases and provide support in QA/SIT/UAT stage to validate application functionality before deployment. ·Prepare user manuals and related documentation.
