Job Summary & Purpose: 

The store manager is responsible for directing and managing all areas of assigned store (under the company policy) to ensure that target sales and profits, and total cus-tomer satisfaction are achieved

Responsibilities

-Sales Management go to on target including planing ponder by profit and loss report (P&L).

-Control product quality standards for all sale area.

-Control Shrink (total loss and damage) under budget identify by company.

-Human management take to efficiency to work and take care subordinate.

-Decision making under pressure to solve problem success.

Requirements
-Minimum Bachelor degree in any field
-At least 3 year of leadership experience managing high volume operations in retail supermarket 
-Strong communication and leadership skill

-Strategic and critical thinking required

-Able to work in nationwide and Bangkok Metropolitan Region
