Key Roles and Responsibilities:  

• Responsible for Renew/Acquisition Existing store and Expansion New store in Phuket and the Southern area.
• Implement business directions to build strong and long-lasting relationships with new customers to support and expand business as planned.
• Lead and monitor regular customer visits to demonstrate and maintain a clear understanding of customer’s businesses and requirements to support the organization.
• Participate and support the setup of new business in new areas to ensure effective business operations.
• Monitor completion of all legal requirements to support the expansion of business effectively.
• Travel to relevant places and areas to ensure targeted expansion operations.
• Contribute to the development of marketing and sales strategies to ensure profitability and achievement of business.
• Take care and advise business expansion officers to ensure effective performance and promotion preparation.
• Market update and competitors monitoring to ensure offensive and defensive expansion strategy are efficiency.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Property/Land Acquisition with 1-3 years of team management.
• Understand market and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, decision-making and organizational skills.
• Able to work in Phuket and Southern Thailand.
