Key Roles and Responsibilities:  

• Coordinating logistics activities related to export shipment.
• Prepare, request and check shipping documents to meet requirements of regulatory compliances by and granted for throughout of exportation.
• Support business growth and operation by working closely with 3rd party service providers to stay focused on customer centricity.
• Coordinating with Warehouse, Replenishment and commercial for smooth transition process in order to deliver the product to the customers.
• Tracking and Tracing shipment status, by ensuring delivering at the right time and right place.
• Coordinate with Liner, Freight Forwarder, Customs Clearance Agent and transport Agent to let the shipment export to customer smoothly.
• Ensure the product availability as committed with customer and align with shipping document set.
• Verifying the Logistics Cost billing from service providers, government authorities comply with the contract/quotation before hand over to Finance.
• Drive process compliance while allowing flexibility to satisfy customers’ needs in the area of ocean freight forwarding local distribution and customs clearance.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Planning, Supply Chain in international trading company, having experience in the Food industry and/or Customs (Import-Export) Clearance is a plus.
• Fluent Thai and English with sharp communication. (Chinese is a plus)
• Having a sense of urgency.
• Customer focus: Demonstrates service-oriented attitude under all situations.
• Process orientated: Recognizes the importance and drives process compliance linked to sound understanding of all aspects of the order fulfillment process.
• Understand practical logistics activities in order to coordinate with remote teams smoothly.
