Position Overview:

The head of creative mission is to set up a strong impactful creative direction for Central and Robinson Department Stores, animate team of creatives to propose new exciting and differentiating marketing campaigns, monitor advertising materials and supervise the work of creative managers, copywriters and designers to ensure the quality of creative content, strengthen and protect our brand identity (Central / Robinson) and engage our customers across all platforms (Instore, Out-of home, Digital, CRM) to reach commercial and/or branding objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up a differentiating creative Direction and strengthen Central and Robinson as leading storytelling retail brands.
  • Generate and develop concepts, ideas, creative contents, and marketing materials to achieve business and brand goals.
  • Manage creative projects from conception to completion to ensure effective operations supporting business objectives and goals (all media)
  • Communicate creative directions to create mutual understanding throughout organization and within marketing division.
  • Provide design/artwork, copywriting, production (photographers, stylist, video editing, print, customer gifts…) for all marketing campaigns.
  • Propose and develop strong content plan across all media (Digital - Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube; Out of home media; Instore media; CRM) by setting up the right type of content by channel and right production method (content produced either internally, externally or trough 3d parties/KOL)
  • Ensure quality standards across channels & across campaign types.
  • Oversee Graphic team in terms of illustrations, graphics, animations, and multimedia presentations to support creative work.
  • Collaborate with Store Design team, Agencies, creative team, and other relative functions, to support creative work effectively.
  • Initiate collaborations with external talents (photographers, stylists, artists, …) and secure the quality of execution across all channels, including coordination with Legal and Finance on contracts and payment terms.
  • Manage wisely and efficiently advertising and production Budget (Studio production, advertising production, agencies, …)
  • Animate the team to consistently refresh creativity while resecting business timelines and ressources.

 

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Graphics, or related field.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of responsible experience and 3-5 years of team management.
  • Strong understanding in marketing art or art-direction background.
  • Passionate about Fashion and/or Beauty.
  • Strong digital skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Computer and technology familiarities.
  • Time management skill
