Job Summary & Purpose:
The Store manager is responsible for directing and managing all areas of assigned store (under the company policy) to ensure that target sales and profits, and total customer satisfaction are achieved
Qualifications Required:
- Accountability to achieve the company target. Be focused on Financial, To control profit& loss.
- Planning and organizing.
- Retail management expertise and including working
in sales & customer service. Be agile, adaptable and open to change.
-Product & inventory management and merchandising understanding.
- Focus on the process to maintain standard, detail-oriented.
