Data Analysis & Report:
• Deliver regular report and dashboard to team to monitor brands’ customers performance with commercial recommendations• Help answer business questions by using customer transaction data
• Deliver campaign evaluation report with insightful recommendation to keep developing better campaign with good response and positive ROI
• Educate CRM and CMG team to understand and utilize customer insight which will be able to maximize customer lifetime value with great experience
• Bring customer insight and recommend to team to develop Data – Driven Customer campaign to ensure that CRM plan was developed to reach right target with right offer and experience (One off campaign and Customer journey)
Data Management:
• Monitor and ensure correctness of database to maintain data quality• Clearly understand Tableau and Tableau BU Champion
• Be a key contact point with The 1 Data team for an additional request and regular coordination
New Initiatives:
• Responsible for a project management on new initiatives related to CRM Customer data
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Statistics, Science, Business Administration, or related field• At least 3-5 years working experiences in Business Intelligence, CRM, Business Analytics or related fields
• Experience in Retail Marketing/FMCG industry is preferable
• Experience with Tableau will be advantage
• Good command in written and verbal communication skills – English, strong interpersonal communication
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skill plus logical thinking
• Good team player & collaborative
