Job Summary & Purpose:
- Respond to help desk issues
- Manage a computer lab
- Maintain an inventory of hardware
- Deploy and configure networking equipment
- Document configuration changes
- Evaluate and support data and infrastructure security efforts
- Analyze logs and monitor network status
- Support and troubleshoot email systems and voice over IP phone systems
- Install and configure software according to company policy
Qualifications
- Any year of Bachelor in computer science or computer engineering
2-3 months internship period
- Able to work 2 days per week.
